Course Synopsis

This 4-month A2 Key for Schools (Stage 3) programme is designed to help international students applying for Singapore school admission attain a minimum Cambridge English score of 130 and above for AEIS Primary 4 admission.

Who Should Attend

International students applying for Singapore school admission who need to meet a minimum Cambridge English score of 130 and above for AEIS/S-AEIS Primary 4 admission.

Formerly known as Cambridge English: Key for Schools (KET for Schools), A2 Key (KET) for Schools is part of the Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ).

Primary school applicants are required to attain the minimum score in the Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test before submitting an AEIS or S-AEIS application.

This 4-month programme is designed specifically to help Primary School applicants meet the minimum score in Cambridge English Qualification (CEQ) so as to qualify for AEIS and S-AEIS exam application.

This course will help your child improve his/her skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking—the key components of language.

At the end of the programme, your child with an A2 Key qualification should be able to:

Understand and use basic phrases and expressions
Understand simple written English
Introduce yourself and answer basic questions about yourself
Interact with English speakers at a basic level

The Cambridge English Score (CES) is valid within 12 months before the submission date of the AEIS or S-AEIS application.

Upon Completion:

Take Cambridge English Assessment (CAE) A2 Key for Schools to attain a minimum score of 130 and above for AEIS/S-AEIS Primary 4 admission.
